Registration

To register for the SIB days, please log in to the SIB days platform and fill out your profile information to reach the registration form (more information at the end of the section). If you have previously logged in to submit an abstract, please use the same credentials. After choosing your conference options, you will be asked to pay online via credit card. Following successful payment, a confirmation invoice will be emailed to you.

Important dates

• 20 February 2024 - Opening of the early-bird registration
• 1 May 2024 - Normal registration fees apply
• 31 May 2024 - Registration closes

Registration benefits and important updates :

• Full access to the entire conference, from 24 - 26 June, including a day of workshops and tutorials at no extra cost. Due to limited availability, early registration for these sessions is recommended.
• Reduced fees: to make the SIB days more accessible and encourage greater participation from diverse groups, we have significantly lowered registration fees, covering over 70% of the costs. Please note, this substantial discount is unique to this edition and might not be available in future events.
• Accommodation update: accommodation is now separate from your registration and must be arranged independently. Visit our dedicated site for assistance in booking your stay. Early booking is recommended as rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
  

Registration fee includes:

 * Registration for tutorials & workshops, and the career track is required due to limited spaces and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The full price must be paid in its entirety; partial payments for individual days or components are not accepted.
