Please note that SIB is charged for last-minute cancellations. To help us avoid unnecessary costs, please make sure to announce any change related to your participation as soon as possible, but no later than 27 May 2024 at sibdays@sib.swiss.
SIB Members who are not SIB Employees
In case of non-attendance without a valid reason (medical certificate from first day of absence), there will be no refunds for cancellations received after 27 May 2024. The total committed costs will thus be charged to the Group Leader.
Note that the registration fee is a participation and does not represent the total cost per attendee.
SIB Employees and Group Leaders funded by SIB for an SIB Core Resource
For SIB Employees and Group Leaders whose attendance is mandatory, the costs are waived in full. In case of non-attendance without a valid reason (medical certificate from first day of absence) or cancellation received after 27 May 2024, the committed costs will be charged to the Group Leader.
