    • 8 thematic sessions across life science domains
    • 9 workshops and tutorials, from protein structure prediction to sex biases in data science and AI
    • 1 panel discussion on the importance of reproducible research and open software development
    • ...and a great summer party at the Römerhof farm!

    In just a few weeks, we will be welcoming you at the SIB days in Biel: we are delighted to have more than 350 participants from across Switzerland's best groups in computational biology. 

    Explore the finalized scientific programme (including 'ad hoc' informal sessions on topics beyond science), and discover the social activity, which will be an evening at the Römerhof farm, with the traditional party at the end.

  • Early bird registration ends: 31 March

    The deadline for early bird registration is 31 March !

    Register until Thursday 31 March 2022 to benefit from the following reduced fees:

    • SIB Member: 250 CHF (300 CHF after 31 March)
    • Students: 185 CHF (235 CHF after 31 March)

    To register, you just need to sign in and follow the instructions. You'll find all necessary information on the registration page.

    Important dates:

    • 17 February 2022 - Opening of the early-bird registration  
    • 1 April 2022 - Normal registration fees apply
    • 1 May 2022 - Registration closes

    It is our pleasure to welcome Antonella Santuccione Chadha (co-founder and CEO of the non-profit organization “Women’s Brain Project”) and Johannes Rainer (Head of Computational Metabolomics at Eurac Research) at the SIB days 2022. 

    Antonella Santuccione Chadha is a medical doctor with expertise in clinical pathology, neuroscience and psychiatric disorders. She is head of stakeholder engagement for Alzheimer’s disease at Biogen. She is co-founder and CEO of the non-profit organization “Women’s Brain Project”
