Your stay

Rooms are prebooked for SIB Employees and Members only. If you are an LS² member or an alumni, you can contact us for help in finding a hotel. 

SIB Members and Employees are kindly requested to share their room with a colleague. All rooms are booked with separated beds and include breakfast. 

Should you wish to share a room with someone in particular, do not forget to mention it during registration. Please make sure that this person has also agreed to put your name as a roommate. If you do not indicate a roommate, you will be suggested someone (same gender) to share your room with, to optimize room occupation. All rooms are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

The service of bus transfer is offered by SIB and highly encouraged. Other means of transportation will not be reimbursed.
